How to Buy an eTray™ Laptop Tray

Important Things to Know

Each eTray™ laptop tray is a unique, hand-made item which is assembled to your order. We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Because of that, there are a few things we need to bring to your attention before you buy.

Allow Time for Delivery

Each eTray™ takes time to manufacture and we have only limited production facilities. We will do better if we can, but we suggest you allow at least 14 days for delivery. If you need one in a hurry for a special occasion contact us and we will try to help.

Will the Laptop fit?

We make eTray laptop trays in three different sizes to accommodate different sized machines and different ways that you might use them.

You can choose between:

• The original Standard size (54 x 29cm - £33.95) which fits laptops with screen sizes of up to 15.4".
• The HD (58 x34cm- £39.95) for use with machines with 16” or larger high definition screens.
• The XL (67 x 36cm - £44.95) for use with very large laptops with screens up to 20".

In addition, if you are looking for a tray to fit a keyboard and mouse, we can supply the eTray Le Plank (69cm x 29cm - £39.95). This extended tray is particularly popular with media center users with their wirefree keyboard and mouse sets.

Shipping

Within the UK the cost of shipping via Royal Mail is £5.00. The Standard sized eTrays are shipped by First Class Post, which is usually a next day service. The HD, XL and LePlank sizes are shipped by Parcel Post, which usually takes 3-4 days.

Outside of the UK the shipping cost varies according to the size and destination and is calculated after the eTray™ has been added to the shopping cart.
