Before you buy please read the following points carefully. They are for your information and protection. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, but the purchase of one of our products by you implies your acceptance of them.

Safety and Use of the Product

  1. In purchasing and/or using the products we offer, you are voluntarily assuming any risks associated with the product. We will not be held responsible for any loss or injury to any individual or third party resulting from the use of these products.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is in a safe condition for use and that it is used in a responsible manner.

Returns Policy

We have tried hard to provide high quality products and to describe them accurately. We believe you will be delighted with them when you see them, but there may be times when you will need to return them to us.

Items Damaged in Transit or Faulty on Arrival

Please report any transit damage or any faults to us immediately. If the items are visibly damaged on arrival, mark the carrier’s delivery note accordingly - we may need to make an insurance claim.

The items should be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories and any documentation. Once we have received them, we will provide a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We will reimburse reasonable return carriage costs.

Faults in the Warranty Period

If your eTray product develops a fault due to poor workmanship or faulty materials within its warranty period please return it to us. We will either repair it or provide you with a replacement. We will reimburse reasonable return carriage costs.

If You Change Your Mind

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, or you have simply changed your mind about it, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price at any time up to 30 days after your purchase. The item must be returned with original packaging with all accessories and any documentation. It must be in ‘as new’ condition and the responsibility for the cost of shipping is yours.
